New way to Top up Bar Purse & Pay Subscriptions
Our Club software system, Club V1, manages our database and maintains our handicaps (Howdidido).
We are now extending to use of this software to facilitate members to make online payments for their Subscriptions and top ups on their Bar Purse.
Members can use either the website www.clubv1.com of the Club V1 app to do so.
The Club V1 App is available to download on the Apple Store or Google Play store.
Members are now able to see their balances on their subscription account and bar account using this service.
The following are instructions on how to complete this task.
To Top up your Bar Purse
1. At the top of the ClubV1 Member's Hub, click on 'Finance'
2. Press 'Card' to top up your card
3. Click 'top up this purse'
4. Click on which purse you would like to top up
5. Click the amount you would like to top up by
6. Click ‘Pay using (Clear Accept)’
7. Confirm your address details
8. Fill out your card information with the option to 'save card details' to avoid filling the card details out again
9. Press Pay
To Pay your Subscriptions
1. At the top of the ClubV1 Member’s Hub, click on 'Finance'
2. Then press 'subscription'
3. Find the bill you would like to pay and click on it
4. Once you have done this you will see the following screen with the option ‘Pay’
5. Once you have pressed Pay, you will see a bill breakdown as well as the option to ‘Pay Using Card (ClearAccept)’
6. On the next step you will need to confirm your address
7. Once you have confirmed the last step, there will be a screen to enter your card details for you to pay the bill
8. After entering your card details, press ‘Pay’.If you would like further information please contact Niall Keyes in the Office.
