Ladies Foursomes Qualifier

This year for our Ladies Foursomes Matchplay we are running a qualifier on Wednesday, 25th August. 

Competition Rules

·     The entry fee is €7 per player. 

·     Please sign in and pay in the Pro shop. 

·     The competition format is Foursomes Stableford.

·     Competitors will play off their Current Course Handicap for Wicklow Golf Club.

·     The maximum Course Handicap for any player is 36.  Players with a higher Course Handicap may play but the max. allowance is 36.

·     Course Handicaps will be used to determine the Playing Handicap of each pair.

·     The Playing Handicap for a pairing will be 50% of the combined Course Handicap of both players.

·     The top eight pairs will qualify for matchplay. 

Anyone looking for a partner should put their name on the timesheet so others can see that you are looking for a partner. 

If any pair wishes to play in the competition but not in the matchplay please write this on your card.

Please note that when each pair signs in to the competition, Louise/James will set up the pairing on the computer and a card will be issued with the Playing Handicap. 

SIG Ladies and approved Juniors may enter but cannot qualify for the matchplay.
