Governance Briefing Session
This is a reminder from the Governance Subcommittee that we will hold a Members Briefing Session in the clubhouse on Tuesday 4th October 2022 at 7.30 PM.
The session will begin with a presentation outlining the background, conclusions, recommendations and proposed next steps of the Governance Subcommittee’s work over the last number of months.
The session will then be open to the floor for any questions, observations, or suggestions which members may wish to raise.
Please note that this is an information Members Briefing Session and as such all members, irrespective of category are invited to attend and take part.
The Subcommittee would like to take this opportunity to thank those members who have already submitted their observations. These have been most helpful and have resulted in changes to some of the documents.
Legal opinion has also been received from a Barrister which also resulted in some changes.
A new updated version of the Draft Constitution can now be found in the members area of the Website.
