December/January Competition Schedule Update

Dear Members,

Following on from the COVID-19 update sent on December 24th please find below information on Competitions and Tee times from Tuesday December 29th. As per the update from Golf Ireland, tee times must be restricted to a maximum of Two Households only. Competitive golf will now move to 2 balls and will be 9-hole competitions, Front 9 and Back 9. Casual golf will remain at 3 balls.

Unfortunately, current time-sheet bookings will be wiped from Tuesday Dec 29th and the timesheet for this new format will open on Monday December 28th at 8pm. Tee times will be available from Tuesday December 29th to Sunday January 10th. Tees times have also been set up to allow Course Maintenance to continue during this period.

Note: Front 9 and Back 9 competitions are two separate competitions. We ask that members book one tee time in advance however if there is a free slot on the same day it can be booked on that day only. This will maximise the opportunity for all Members to play competitive golf.

Competition Schedule:
Tuesday, 29th Dec, Ladies and Men's 9-hole competition (Front 9 and Back 9)
Wednesday, 30th Dec, Ladies competition (Front 9 only)
Thursday 31st Dec, Men's 9-hole competition (Front 9 and Back 9)
Friday 1st Jan, Ladies and Men's 9-hole competition (Front 9 and Back 9)
Sat 2nd / Sun 3rd Jan. Ladies and Men's 9-hole competition (Front 9 and Back 9). Member can only play on one day as it's one competition.

Competition price, Weekdays €4, New Year’s Day / Weekends €5.
