Club Mixed Matchplay Qualifier 2022

The Club Mixed 18 Hole Matchplay Qualifier will take place on Saturday 18th June 2022 between 2pm and 5.30 p.m.. It is kindly sponsored by Powers Centra Rathnew.

Booking on BRS goes live on Monday 6th June at 8pm. The top 16 pairs to qualify for the Matchplay stage.

Anyone looking for a partner should place their name on the noticeboard on the landing and should also include their name and mobile number on the sheet.

Competition Rules:

  • Blue Markers for Men and Red Markers for Ladies or in their absence from the appropriate Permanent Stone Tee Markers.

  • The format shall be Foursomes Strokeplay using Course Handicaps, with the man playing from the 1st tee.

  • Course Handicap to determine the Playing Handicap (50% OF THE COMBINED ROUNDED COURSE HANDICAP).

  • €5 per player – Sign in and pay in the PRO shop before play. Cards will be printed with handicaps.

  • Maximum Course Handicap for Men is 28 & for Ladies is 36.

  • Please enter your score on the computer after play and return scorecards to the scorecard box in either the men’s or ladies locker room.

  • The Competition is open to any Ordinary, Intermediate, Junior Intermediate, Senior or Associate members.

  • Prizes awarded on the day for 1st, 2nd and 3rd.

  • The Best 16 Scores Qualify for the Matchplay Stage.
