We are delighted to announce that Tomasz Wrobel has agree to accept the restaurant franchise at Wicklow Golf Club. Tomasz is an award winning chef with a passion for high quality, locally sourced, freshly prepared food. Tomasz has over fifteen years’ experience working in some of Ireland's most exclusive restaurants. Most recently Tomasz was the Head Chef in the Lighthouse Restaurant in Wicklow Town, since its inception. Tomasz views the golf club as an exciting opportunity to bring the finest of cuisine to members and visitors at Wicklow Golf Club. Tomasz and his experienced team are keen to welcome you to the "Brides Head Bistro" to enjoy both their food and service offering.
Please note that we will close the restaurant next Monday 1st and Tuesday 2nd to facilitate a seamless handover to ensure that Tomasz is ready for business on Wednesday 3rd April. The new Summer trading hours will also commence from the 3rd April 2019, please note same below:
The Brides Head Bistro Opening hours are as follows:
Tuesday: 12 - 7.30 p.m.
Wednesday: 12 - 7.30 p.m.
Thurs , Fri , Sat: 12 - 9.30 p.m.
Sunday: 12 – 7.30 p.m.
Please note that any groups that require breakfast in the morning should arrange same by pre-booking through the club and Tomasz will accommodate.
We strongly encourage members and visitors to consider using the Golf Club as a venue for any upcoming celebration or special occasion and to promote the club’s excellent facilities to family and friends. As is the norm, bookings can be taken through the Restaurant, Office and Bar.
As a further improvement within the club we have recently invested funds into the purchase of a new cooling system for the Bar. The new equipment will ensure that Tom & his team will have the finest of refreshments for all our Members & Patrons throughout the year.
The fact we have sourced such a top tier chef for our restaurant is a major coup for the Golf Club and one that all members should take advantage of, accordingly, we recommend that you visit the restaurant and try what Tomasz has to offer.
